Information collected

When you request a Kens Control demo, we collect your name, work email, organization, role, selected product areas, and the evaluation purpose you provide.

How we use it

Kens Global uses this information to review the request, make an access decision, and send related demo communications. Request details and review status are stored by the demo-request service and shared with the Kens Global personnel who administer demo access.

Access and retention

Demo access links are personal, time-limited credentials. Do not forward them. Request records should be stored on the service's configured persistent storage and deleted under Kens Global's retention policy. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the request form.
